Traditionally, farmers fed cattle with conventional grass and brawn, lacking essential proteins and minerals for the livestock. Addressing this, the Society established a cattle feed plant to supply recommended feed, optimizing milk yield. Following Buffalo Research Station guidelines, the feed comprises 10 ingredients—Maize, Wheat Brawn, Soya, Sunflower, Groundnut, Mineral Mixture, etc. This tailored approach ensures farmers provide their cattle with nutritionally balanced feed, fostering enhanced milk production.
